Every piece at Baroque Pearl Jewellers is handcrafted with intention and carefully inspected for quality at the bench in Victoria, BC, before leaving our studio. We want to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and swiftly.

  1. Shipping & Processing

    We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

Standard Orders: All orders are processed and shipped within two business days or less.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Special Arrangements: Should you require a specific delivery date or other shipping arrangements, please call us at 250-508-5651 so we can assist you personally.

  1. Quality Guarantee:
    Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you receive an item that is not acceptable, please contact us at info@baroquepearl.ca immediately so we can make it right.
  2. Returns & Exchanges:
    Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and our commitment to hygiene and quality, our return policy is as follows:

Return Window: We accept returns for Store Credit/Exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

Exclusions:

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Custom-sized rings, personalized engravings, and bespoke “Vintage Soul” commissions are final sale.

Items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Precious Metal Market Adjustments:
    As noted in our Terms and Conditions, our fees are based on the current market value of gold and silver.

Returns: Refunds or store credits will be issued for the original purchase price paid at the time of the transaction, regardless of subsequent fluctuations in the market price of gold.

Exchanges: If you choose to exchange a piece for a different design, the new item will be subject to the metal market price of the day the exchange is processed.

  1. International Orders
    Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their destination country. At the moment we are not set up for international orders. If you wish to place an order from outside of Canada, please email info@baroquepearl.ca

    How to Handle a Return:
    To begin a return or exchange, please email info@baroquepearl.ca with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with the appropriate shipping instructions. Please do not mail items back to the studio without prior authorization.
